You may browse the public site freely. Creating an account lets you save things, place orders and reservations, and — when you choose — open a business of your own. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

Prices, availability, and details are set by the businesses on the platform and can change. When you place an order or a reservation, you agree to the price and terms shown at that moment. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy and the business's own stated terms.

If you run a business here, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you list, for fulfilling what you sell, and for following the law that applies to you. Each business keeps its own isolated space and is accountable for it.

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity, and no attempts to break its security or isolation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continuing to use Hue Whimsy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
