Refund Policy

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition; start a return from your orders.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — unless the file is faulty or does not match its description, in which case we will make it right.

Studio work follows the terms agreed for each project, including any revisions included. If a project cannot be delivered, unearned amounts are refunded.

Order and reservation refunds follow the restaurant's stated policy and the timing of any cancellation. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, it is refunded.
